Ножовете от серията KC-950 са с остриета от високовъглеродна неръждаема стомана DSR-1K6, произведена от DAIDO Steel Co., ltd. Това са остриета с отлична производителност, съдържащи 0,6% въглерод и добре балансиран състав + молибден.
Блестящата повърхност на острието с покритие „TSUCHIME“ позволява храните да се отделят бързо от острието. Дръжката е с традиционна японска форма и изглежда добре.
Произведено с гордост в град SEKI, Япония.
