С този масат Fallkniven въвеждат нова керамична повърност за заточване на кухненски ножове - C10.
При тестовете се оказва, че тя работи изключително добре при висококачествени "chef’s knives".
Друг нейн плюс е, че тя има ударопоглъщащи и "anti-break" свойства, т.е. при инцидентно изпущане от масата на земята, той най-вертоятно няма да се счупи.
Твърдостта на повърхността е 9 по скалата на Mohs, като за сравнение само тази на диаманта достига 10.
